Company artist Adelene Stanley is holding weekly evening classes, open to all ages, and for anyone who wants to move and has a passion to groove! To form a strong connection with the body and feel liberated in the process. To learn to express freely through movement and be prepared to be challenged mentally and physically. This class will touch on the various contemporary dance techniques, some improvisation, and a fun little routine at the end of every lesson.
